Welcome to the website of The Phoenix Walking Club. We are based in North Tyneside and are a very active club. We have around 420 members.

Every six days, so it isn't the same day each week, we hire two 53 seater coaches to take us to our destination where a choice of walks between 8 to 16 miles will be available.

We regularly walk in the Scottish Borders, Northumberland, Durham, Norh Yorkshire Moors, Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria and the Lakes. Take a look at the current programme to see the typical choice that we can offer.

The New Members Info section gives more details on booking and taking part in our walks. It also explains how non-members may walk with us. If you think you would like to join the club then take a look at How to contact us page.
